Using system triggers under the group called viewings>viewing added by a property manager
Step 1
Go to viewings>viewing added by property manager>add action
Step 2
Add action and make the recipient owner. This is linked to How to add actions to triggers
Step 3
To trigger the action add the viewing and at the bottom, there will be the desired action
