Check the email has left your account in settings>email and SMS history. If they have been sent ask your recipients to check their junk

1. No emails are leaving Arthur
Ensure your events are enabled. Go to settings>automated events>enable
2. I posted a message to myself and it was not received
Having yourself as a recipient within your own account will not send
3. I am missing the tenant’s contact details when I try and send a message
Please check at tenancy>tenants that the information is there. If it is showing and the problem persists then delete the tenant and re-add the tenant to the tenancy using “Add existing”
