To create and print a report to show all conversations relating to a particular tenancy regardless of where the conversation was initiated from (tenancy, task, etc).
Step 1
Go to reports>other reports>convesration report
Choose the account and run in enhanced
Step 2
Search on the tenancy number and set the date range
All conversations will show. Hit the + button to show. From here save as PDF or CSV
