How to use reports to see owners, agents and contractors details

Within our people’s report is the ability to run reports on

1. Property owner
2. Contractors
3. Agents

Step 1

Go to reports>peoples>user group details

Choose from the accounts listed and then get to the next screen and run in enhanced

Step 2

Owner report> hit the + button to view contacts within the owner entity. The report will also show last time they were remitted and their last activity log in date

Contractor report>hit the+ button to view contacts within the contractor entity. Filter by private or public contractors. The report will also show the last work order date

Agency report>hit the+ button to view contacts within the agency entity. The report will show when they last added a tenancy
