What is a Vendor

A vendor, also known as a supplier, is a person or a business entity that is selling the property.

Step 1 – How to add a Vendor

Go to Clients > Vendors > Add Vendor at the top right

Step 2

• Select the type of Vendor
• Fill in the Vendor Personal Details
• Fill in the Vendor address details

Save Vendor

A solicitor or conveyancer will handle all the legal aspects of buying or selling a property.
