What were your largest operational challenges before moving and how has Arthur helped you overcome them?

Organising the multitude of paperwork and tasks for a portfolio was reasonably organised with our self created systems, but using Arthur Online all our documents and certificates are held. We asked the Arthur Online team to create bespoke tasks and systems for us as part of the set up so that nothing falls through the cracks.

We paid a number of full time salaries before, now we use a tenant find company, a letting agent and use Arthur Online to stay organised our end. It has saved us around 1 full time equivalent salary per annum, in the region of £25 – £30k, through automation.

How did you find the onboarding process?

We paid for the onboarding processes to be automated for us, working with Arthur Online and identifying which aspects we wanted automated. This was the right move, as it meant we could get moving fast.

Onboarding all of our documents was a process that took around a month as lettings is such an admin heavy sector, but now we have completed the transfer, we find it so easy, fast and simple. We are so glad to be using the system.

We have maintained our portfolio but the efficiencies have been very significant, mainly due to the smooth automation and clear organisation Arthur Online brings. It has saved us £25-£30k in salaries and the work processes are automatic, so there is no question of it getting done!

£25k – £30k in a salary and costs and 1 full time job, so about 35 hours a week!
