A bit about your business 

Champion Property Management is an independent Letting Agency based in Norwich, specialising in private student rentals.  We pride ourselves in standing out by offering excellent trustworthy customer service, and treating all our clients with respect and dignity, no matter their budget or experience.

 

Why did you pick Arthur?

When we started using Arthur, we were just starting out, and being able to pay for the software by the unit meant that it was a cost-effective option as the business grew.

 

What were your largest operational challenges before moving and how has Arthur helped you overcome them?

Financial management was one of the biggest things.  The integration between bank feeds, Xero and Arthur are superb.  I went from taking a day to create landlord remittances, to doing it in a few minutes.  Keeping track of certificates and documentation was also a real headache that Arthur sorts for us.

 

What features have you found most useful?

So many to mention!  We have literally built our business around Arthur and its functionality.  Our application process for tenants requires no data entry and is completely automated.  Landlord remittances are a breeze. Document management and advertising portal syncs are also superb and save us so much time.

 

How did you find the onboarding process?

Well it was a long time ago now, and we had fairly little data to onboard at the time, but the team are so helpful, and really got us up and running quickly.

 

What do you think of Arthur’s customer support?

Incredible.  The chat function is always there if you need help, and people are quick to respond and resolve any issues.

 

How much has your business grown since you started using Arthur and has Arthur helped – if so, how?

I think we had 14 properties when we started using Arthur in 2017, we are now around 130.  We literally couldn’t have gotten to where we are without Arthur, and we have been able to build all our systems and processes around Arthur’s functionality.

It’s really impossible to put a time or price on it.  Our staff are able to manage twice the number of properties with Arthur, and it makes the whole experience much smoother, calmer and more professional.
