How has Arthur Online helped you overcome these challenges?
Everything is now in one place or a few clicks away. We’re now on top of all the jobs and workorders and all deadlines are easily managed! We use the automated events feature, which has taken so much weight off our staff. The Arthur team, especially Aaron, helped us with the financial section of Arthur Online. They took extra care to ensure the financials were set-up correctly. We really like all the bespoke reports too!
How did you find the on boarding process?
Tutorials have been extremely useful! At the beginning we weren’t sure about the system, but with the help of the Arthur Online team and the tutorials, we got all the information we needed to fully understand all the features (there’s a lot of them!)
You’ve been using Arthur Online for a while now, what do you think of their ongoing customer support?
We’ve always been impressed, with the speed and the output on the live chat!

How much time has using Arthur Online saved you and your team?
It has saved us so much time! It takes a while to input the portfolio onto Arthur Online and understand all the different features, but once fully set-up, it saves countless hours!
